Position Overview : The Post-Booking Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction after a booking or purchase has been made. This position involves providing support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the post-booking process. The representative will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Address customer inquiries and concerns after booking.

- Resolve issues, complaints, and escalations promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer records and provide product information.

- Follow procedures and guidelines for effective customer support.

- Escalate complex issues for further investigation and resolution.

- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Prior customer service or support experience.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-centric mind-set and ability to work in a team.

- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.

- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
