Executive - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Good communication skills ( English and Hindi must)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or telecaller.
Salary : 1.50 - 2.50 LPA
Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore and Gurgaon
Notice period : Immediate Joiner
- Respond to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers pertaining to existing/new queries on services provided by the client.
- Improving the customer experience by providing fast, friendly and effective service with accurate and personal solutions to customer enquiries.
- Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer.
- Update and processes information accurately into the system.
- Resolve Customer problems in a timely manner
- Take Ownership & Deliver on Customer commitments.
