We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives in Thane. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback checking.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- No sales targets, focus on providing quality service.
Requirements :
- Minimum educational qualification : under graduate or any graduate
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi would be an added advantage).
- Ability to listen, empathize, and solve customer queries.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
