- The Customer Support Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience in a customer support role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

9 hours rotational shifts 9:00 am till 9:00
