Executive - Customer Support (0-5 yrs)
- Candidates should be able to speak and resolve issues both in Hindi and English.
- The candidates will be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls to the customers and resolve their queries and provide a resolution to them.
- The candidates should be fluent in English and Hindi as well.
- The candidates should be willing to work in rotational shift model.
- 1 day rotational week off shall be provided to the candidates, no fixed week off.
- The candidates should be available to work for 6 days in a week.
