Executive - Customer Support (0-4 yrs)
1) As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner.
2) Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and resolving customer queries.
3) Informing the customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies, and keep sales funnel in motion.
4) Cross selling the products to the customers if applicable
5) No Targets will be given
6) Flexible with rotational shifts and rotational week offs
