Executive - Customer Support (0-4 yrs)
- Voice Process , Non Voice Process , Chat Process , Inbound Calls , Cold Callings , Customer care , Customer Service , Customer Support , Resolving customer Queries .
- Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
- Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
- Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as actions taken.
- Excellent communication skills in English
