Responsibilities about this role :
- Providing top quality customer experience through call, email or chat support
- Create, Assign and Monitor orders to fleet workers
- Co-ordination with customers and fleet workers
- Handling customer escalation with utmost confidence
- Creating daily reports of the orders handled
- Expectations from candidate :
- Minimum experience 2-3 years.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi with additional South Indian language will be an added advantage
- Flexible to work in rotational shift
- Mostly preferred with immediate joiners
- Prior experience with international call centers will be mostly preferred.
