- Handle complaints professionally, aiming to find a satisfactory resolution.

- Need to keep accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries and resolutions.

- Escalate issue to higher authority or concerned department.

- Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

- Adhere company policies and industry regulations when interacting with customers.

Requirements :

- Needs to have excellent communication skills.

- Problem solving abilities with patience.
