Executive - Customer Support (0-3 yrs)

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive:

1. To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks, requests etc.

2. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.

3. Outstanding communication ( written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally.

4. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

5. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests, and queries received.

6. Research and compilation of answers to informational requests from customers.

7. Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received.

8. Maintain and develop external party relationships.

9. Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications :

1. Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and effective browsing skills.

2. Graduate from any Stream

3. Schooling from CBSE Board, ICSE Board or any other Convent School.

Experience: 0-3 Yrs
