The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Take incoming calls from the customers

- Make outgoing calls to the customers

- Take customer chats

- Manage internal processes

- Be the voice of the customer in the company

- Taking feedbacks from the Customers for overall improvements in the company

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

- English and Hindi language is a must to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- A degree in a relevant field is a plus.

- Freshers can also apply, while One Year experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with a positive attitude.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

- Knowledge of the industry and the company's products is advantageous.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
