Job Description :
Aim of Position - To provide services to investors by resolving their queries and grievances
Key Accountabilities :
1. investor service done through inbound telephone calls and Over the Counter visits
2. Ensuring that all responses given to investors complete and accurate so that repeat cases are avoided
3.Keeping track of DD request process & receipt with Client Relations
Skills Required :
1. Basic Computer Skills and Excellent English Communication
