Executive - Customer Success - SaaS Firm (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Success Executives to serve Domestic & International customers for our SAAS Product.
Key Responsibilities :
- Run Demos to prospective customers
- On-boarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support during initial adoption.
- Educate customers on best practices
- Excellent client-facing/customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to focus and follow-through to the resolution of issues
- Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.
- Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers
- Interact with customers through phone, email or chat, until they- ve solved the issue.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
- Develop training materials and support documentation and self help knowledge base
- Multiple language speaker is a plus
