Our Client is a VC funded artificial intelligence company that uses deep learning technology to convert video into actionable intelligence for various industries to help automate monitoring and improve efficiencies. It is a software that integrates with existing CCTV cameras & converts video footage into actionable insights to increase sales, enhance efficiency, implement process compliance and Identify security threats.
The Job Responsibilities :
- Drive and track a consistent engagement process with all customers in your portfolio
- Work cross-functionally with our sales, support, services and audit teams to proactively manage each client's successful deployment
- Build strong and positive relationships with our customers
- Manage the client from onboarding, through the life cycle and ongoing activities
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, business reviews
- Become escalation point for the client inside the organisation for fast resolution
- Provides the customer periodical reports
Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (B. A, B. Com, BBA, MBA preffered)
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel (Key Requirement) and passionate about driving meaning from data
- Fanatical about customer success and tenacious at driving long-term customer value
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to influence others
- Experience Level : 0-1yrs.
