Executive - Customer Success & Growth (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues.
- Aiding the in-house technical sales support development including streamlining presentations, preparing demo kits, client briefing materials & FAQ's.
- Liaising with the sales team to understand customer needs.
- Performing client presentations and demos and other duties as assigned.
- Managing specific regional or country-focused enablement initiatives, including delivering training modules and training programs, and serving as subject-matter expert for the sales process.
- Identify and prioritize product/service updates that reflect customer nrequests, industry, market and competitor trends and report to key stakeholders.
- Serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of the assigned product.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Business Development, Sales or related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA) in Marketing/Sales, Business Development or Account Management or related field.
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel as needed
