About You : 

- Identify customer pain points and build customer development roadmaps

- Increase the client adoption

- Minimize the customer churn

- Monitor and improve customer health metrics

- Running experiments for client success

- Manage the customer relationships

- Collaborate across teams to deliver value to customers

Requirements

- Technical education: MBA or B. Tech tier 1 equivalent

- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting/customer success background (ideally from a successful SaaS startup)

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Great articulation and communications

- Solid business understanding

- Strong documentation (presentation, excel, emails)

- Experience in building and managing a team of account managers and support team

- Experience in building strong customer relationships

Great to have : 

- Understanding of B2B sourcing and procurements

- Passionate about solving problems through technologies
