Job Description :

- Simplia.com is seeking talented and motivated Customer Success Executives who are fluent in both Spanish and English languages. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over the phone and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote position, and candidates must be available to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) timezone.

Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and provide solutions promptly and effectively.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

- Provide product and service information to customers, assisting them in maximizing their experience and resolving any potential issues or concerns.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening, empathizing, and understanding their requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective issue resolution.

- Document and update customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the customer management system.

- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services to customers.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to better serve customers and provide accurate information.

Requirements :

- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages (verbal and written communication skills).

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or customer support position.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customers.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Familiarity with customer management systems and proficiency in using standard office software.

- Availability to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) timezone.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in the software or technology industry.

- Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
