Job description :
- Wipro is hiring freshers with excellent communication (Work from Office)
- Only Graduates/Post graduates can apply (B.A, B.sc, B.com, BBA, M.A, M.sc, M.com, Btech).
- Fully Vaccination is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Meet Customer service call handling quotas.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method and tools.
- Fluent Communication skills is utmost priority
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week off.
- Cab Facility will be provided only for night shift (odd hours)
- Candidate must be fully vaccinated and comfortable for WFO.
- Must have Excellent communication skills.
