Executive - Customer Service - Voice Process - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Role - working in a customer service (voice) for an international company bpo
Requirements :
1. Proficiency in English
2. Proven working experience as a Customer Service
3. Should be okay with rotational shift
4. Should be available Monday to Friday
5. Should be resided in Mumbai or willing to relocate in Mumbai
6. Customer service orientation
7. Ability to think strategically and to lead
8. Strong client-facing and communication skills
Salary : 21K - 38K
Age : 18-35
Qualification : Hsc + 6 months experience in international voice process or graduate freshers only
Shift timing : Rotational 11 Am to 4:30 Am Monday to Friday
