Shift Timings : Flexible shifts between 11:00 am to 2:00 am (9-hour shift)
Qualifications :
Minimum qualification : Graduate fresher or HSC fresher
- Excellent communication skills required
Job Description :
- Handling customer queries and providing prompt resolutions
- Working in both voice and non-voice processes as required
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
