Executive - Customer Service - Trading Firm (0-2 yrs)
We are a reputed trading Co. dealing in power electrical products for last 30 years representing US based MNC's and reputed Indian manufacturers with products like Transformers, Servo Voltage Stabilisers, UPS etc.
RESPONSIBILITY :
Making Quotations.
- Generating enquiries online thru India Mart and Trade India
- Follow up orders, Payments, Despatch of material and follow up service calls
Replying to official mails
REQUIREMENTS :
- Expert in MS Office with good typing speed ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop ( Optional )
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Back office operations ( Sales )
- Certified course in computers
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of MIS
- Should be capable to handle multi tasking job
