Executive - Customer Service - Telecom (0-22 yrs)
- We hire Talent Solutions is hiring for a leading UK-based Telecom Company
Process : Customer Service (Voice)
Shifts : 11am IST - 4:30am IST (9-hour shift, shift timings will be decided on the basis of roster) and rotational week-offs
Qualifications : Graduate or HSC + 6 months of International Voice Customer Service experience
Age : 18 - 40 years
Salary : 18k - 38k per month (depending on the interview and experience)
Office Location : Vikhroli
Date of Joining : Every Monday and Thursday of January 2023
Daily Roles and Responsibilities include :
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
