The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Responding to customer queries. identifying customer needs and providing accurate, valid and complete information.
- Creating the Purchase Order in our CRM and arranging the invoicing and payment collection from the customers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and filing documents.
The Profile :
- You ideally have experience in a Customer Service role.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telegu is mandatory to be able to communicate with customers.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
