Executive - Customer Service - Social Media Platform (2-7 yrs)

Minimum Educational Qualification : 10+ 3 / 10+2+3

Minimum Work Experience : 12 months in customer service with voice/chat/email experience

Excellent English written/spoken communication

Shift timings : 6.00 am - 3.00 pm/3.00 pm - 12.00 am/any general 9 hour shift

Weekly Off : Any one day in the week

Age Criteria - Max 30 years

Work Location : Bangalore (WFH for now)

Immediate joining will be preferred

Mandatory with below understanding :

- Understanding of Social media channels

- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably handling Social media

- Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure

- Ability to provide a positive customer experience in writing and over the phone

- Knowledge of e-commerce

- Adapt the brand voice and communicate with customers over Social channels

- Provide excellent customer service

- Follow up with customers via email and phone as required
