Experience: 0 - 2 yrs ( Bachelor in Hotel Management Freshers' Can apply | Hospitality Background Experience)

Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Hotel Management Preferable

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Booking & recording 'Direct Consumer' orders received via all sales channels (Whatsapp, Email, Website, Call).

- Coordinating with the production, dispatch & delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

- Providing status updates regarding booked orders to customers and ensuring 100% client satisfaction.

- Understanding the business thoroughly after training and gaining in dept knowledge about all our products and its applications.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Submitting weekly & monthly MIS reports.
