Executive - Customer Service - SaaS Product (1-3 yrs)

Designation/Role : Customer Success Executive

Experience - 1 to 3 Years

6 Days Working - The Company has resumed their Office, so it is work from Office.

Office Location : Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Compensation Budget : 4 to 6 LPA (depending on last CTC)

SAAS Experience Preferred. Graduates of premier College Preferred.

Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our customer success team with previous experience in customer-facing roles. A seasoned professional with experience of 1+ years in the B2B SAAS industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partnering with the Sales team and executing effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.

2. Provide strong account management to existing clients, offering support and keeping them abreast of new products and services that could be of value to their business.

3. Ensure customer success by driving adoption, managing customer relationships, conducting business reviews and sharing best practices.

4. Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution.

5. Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.

6. Be responsible for billing, upselling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer.

7. Help drive customer references and case studies and produce reports and presentations to explain insights and results to marketing professionals.

8. Provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to the product team on how the company can better serve our customers efficiently.

Desired skills and experience :

1. Experience in CRM/ERP (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive) or B2B Enterprise level software. 


2. Familiarity with Supply Chain data and workflow experience preferred.

3. Strong sense of customer empathy and customer-centrism.

4. Basic Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, SQL, API, Json, iOS and Android platforms Personal Attributes :

1. Excellent written, spoken communications skills and presentation adeptness.

2. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem solver, hard worker and self-starter.

3. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and be self-directed.

4. A passion for and belief in the power of automation and technology in solving business problems.
