The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to

- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums.

- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar.

- Coordinating and planning all rental stays with Goa team

- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team

- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings

- Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- Well versed and efficient with MS Office

- Detail and performance oriented

- Analytical skills

- MIS & Reports

-Excellent communication skills

-Interpersonal skills
