Executive - Customer Service - Pharma (1-3 yrs)
Introduction:
With an objective to attract investment and employment in the State, Maharashtra Government has launched one stop shop known as MAITRI Cell. The cell marks a paradigm shift in role of the Government from being a regulator to that of facilitator. It provides G2B services, one-stop-shop for existing and prospective investors to get consolidated information about the investment process with regards to expanding their existing units or to set up a new business unit in the State.
This opportunity is for government position at Maitri Cell initially for a period of 1 year on contract and is extendable based on performance.
Roles and Responsibility:
- To be responsible to take all incoming calls receives to Maitri Cell
- Addressing to queries of customers providing relevant information
- Forwarding the queries to the concerned department for solutions.
- Maintaining service book/ register
- Guiding customer about available online facilities
- To give feedbacks and suggestions for process improvements to seniors
