We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE for an organic pharmaceutical FMCG brand.

Location: Mumbai

-Salary: 2-3 LPA

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Officer/Customer Executive Officer.
 
- Should have good English communication skills and soft skills.

- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attending WhatsApps and calls of daily new customers on social media for converting them to leads.

- Attending to calls/ visits of existing customers as a dedicated Support Manager.

- Helping in sales conversion by liasing with customers for their product queries.

- Tracking shipments etc. of customers with the help of logistics team and liasing with them for the same.
