We are hiring for a logistics services provider focusing on global supply chain & freight forwarding solutions for international logistics requirements.
The Job Key responsibilities areas :
- Coordination with various stakeholders in the service chain for smooth execution of every job.
- To act as the bridge between the sales team + customer to fulfill customer requirements while representing - company's interests
- To participate in setting up standard operating procedures (SOP), key reporting structures + customer deliverables to ensure service delivery monitoring + identification of improvement areas.
- To initiate timely service update where possible, ensuring accuracy, consistency + timeliness.
- To organize + lead customer reviews, strategically seeking participation for customer retention.
- To identify + share opportunities with the sale development team to grow customer business, facilitating a higher return on investment (ROI) from existing customers.
- To support + drive continuous improvement initiatives for better productivity, cost savings + yield development within customer accounts
Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a customer service in freight forwarding industry.
- You posses good knowledge of process flow with respect the import and export in freight forwarding industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
