Job Description
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly logistic consignment statements and provide the same through e-mail to the clients
- Addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing up to date information for all related shipments
- Monitored Shipment from origin to final destination to ensure prompt delivery to avoid delays, storage charges etc
- Replying to daily queries of the client on priority basis
- Coordinating with all branch offices located in different states
- Coordinate with clients for necessary documents for Custom clearance/Freight
