Executive - Customer Service - IT (1-4 yrs)
Job Title: CRO (Domestic)
Purpose & Description :
- Receiving inbound calls on Embassy projects (Real Estate)
- Working on tasks, open /web leads from interested parties
- Outbound calls to follow up on the potential leads.
- Outbound calls to sell the current project working on.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Internet Explorer, Microsoft word or Excel to keep a record of their Follow ups tasks and Sales.
Academic qualifications & Work Experience: Under Graduate with minimum 2 years- experience in customer care and sales.
Key Result Areas:
- Excellent listening, speaking and writing skills.
- Comprehend and Communicate with customer's queries.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ensure to follow the guidelines required by the process.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- To abide with the updates and make changes as required by the client.
