Responsibilities:

Responding to customer emails.

Performing callbacks as required to solve issues raised by customer.

Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues.

Come up with new trends in customer behavior and constantly improve processes.

Skills Required :

Good written as well as verbal communication in English.

Should have patience to handle customers and resolve customer's issue.

Well versed with the MS Office and type speed of 30-40 wpm.

Sales Background would be an added advantage.

1 to 2 yrs overall experience.
