Executive - Customer Service - Inbound Process - Call Center (1-4 yrs)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Centre Executives (Inbound) at our Pune and Hyderabad locations. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of relevant experience in a call centre or customer service environment. As a Call Centre Executive (Inbound), you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service questions, and general assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.

- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

- Providing product information and assistance to customers.

- Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.

- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and complaints.

- Following company policies and procedures at all times.

- Achieving and maintaining performance metrics and targets.

- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively handle challenging situations.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in a similar role in the BPO industry will be an advantage.

- Fluency in English and additional regional language proficiency will be preferred
