Executive - Customer Service - Inbound Process (0-3 yrs)
Job Description:
We are hiring for a customer support executive with 0 to 2 years of experience who can speak English, Hindi & Telegu & should take 60 to 80 calls per day
For this role we are looking for PWD (Persons with Disability) candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Languages required: English & Hindi & Telugu (Must)
2) First 3 Months Work from Office (8am to 8pm. any 9 hours). Post that Work From Home (06:00 AM to 11:45PM any 9 hours).
3) Must take 60-80 incoming calls per day.
4) Flexible for Rotational Shift timings. Only 1 week off on a rotational basis.
6) Typing Speed: Min 20 WPM.
7) Desktop will be provided after the training period.
8) 2015 and above pass out only.
Education :
- Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree).
- No BTech and PG profiles
