- Our Client is on the leading firm for visa provider from last 10 years in Delhi - NCR region. Working as a team of well-experienced and qualified professionals, we are aware of each rule and strategy to get your visas approved easily.
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Customer Service within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
