Customer Service Executive
Location - Andheri East (5 minutes walking distance from Western Express Highway)
Timings - 10:00am-7:00pm
Candidate must report at least twice to office
Salary: 17,000 per month
Requirements are below :
- Attending WhatsApp's and calls of daily new customers on social media for converting them for purchase of natural products/ solutions on the website
- Attending to calls/ visits of existing customers as a dedicated support manager
- Helping in sales conversion by liaising with customers for their product queries
- Tracking shipments etc of customers with the help of logistics team and liaising with them for the same
- Extremely fluent English communication with soft skills in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Answering the clients queries on time
- Replying on time to emails and calls.
- Cross-selling, pushing for sales.
