Executive - Customer Service - Gold Loan (1-4 yrs)
- KYC checks of customer.
- Resolving all customer doubts and questions while approving loan.
- Maintain good relationship with customer for reference.
- Coordinate with Manager and central team for loan approval.
- Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.
- Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.

Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of RGold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.
