Executive - Customer Service - Food Retailer (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading food retailer of Mumbai for the following role:
DESIGNATION - CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
It is a front end role in retail. As a front end retailer you can move to various levels like Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and Area Manager
Location - Mumbai, Pune
Exp- 1 to 3 Year
Salary - up to 18 k
Job Role:
Customer Service
- Delivering world class customer service experience and building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Taking care of customer request and doing follow ups on the same to ensure closure
- Handling customer queries and complaints.
- Designing hampers and platters on orders.
- Responsible for advising, sampling, suggesting food categories like Wine, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Confectionary and other imported gourmet food products.
- Keeping the customer aware about product availability in the store.
- Handling Cash counter
- Billing
