Executive - Customer Service - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
You will be responsible to manage our Customer Support for the D2C channel. Core Responsibilities would involve :
- Taking customer calls and replying to messages on Emails, chat and whatsapp.
- Ensuring all D2C orders are going smoothly with proper messaging to customers for any delay
- Creating process and exploring CRM for better response management.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all orders.

- Nova Nova is a Food D2C brand in the Sweet snacking space. The company was established in 2014 and known as Waffle House before being rebranded to Nova Nova in 2021.
