Job Description :

We are currently seeking an Enquiry Management Executive to join our team. The Enquiry Management Executive will be responsible for effectively managing all incoming inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to potential customers, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the inquiry process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

- Receive and respond to incoming inquiries via various channels such as phone calls, emails, and website forms.

- Provide detailed information about products or services to potential customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requirements.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

- Record and update customer information accurately in the company's CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented for future reference.

- Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and promotional activities.

- Monitor inquiry trends and identify opportunities for process improvements or enhancements to streamline the inquiry management process.

- Escalate complex inquiries or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance and resolution.

- Generate reports on inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and customer feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or inquiry management roles preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for inquiry management.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector is a plus.
