We are pleased to announced that we are hiring for the post of Customer Service Executive in of the leading E-commerce Company.

Location: Dadar ( Prabhadevi )

WORK FROM HOME till pandemic

Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate or PG

Male or Female can apply

Excellent Communication Skills

Need at least 1 year of experience in Voice/Customer Service/E-mail/International BPO and Call Center.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Manage incoming phone calls

- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
