Executive - Customer Service - eCommerce (0-2 yrs)
1. Assist and help customers in making a buying decision regarding the product.(For eg: Help a customer to choose between Earphones and wireless earbuds)
2. Give suggestions to the customers, in terms of buying a product.
3. Basically, your role will include in assisting the customer before sales.
