Executive - Customer Service - Cosmetics (1-2 yrs)

Purpose of the role:
To efficiently advise customers on beauty related queries with an aim to create a positive customer experience
Role & Responsibilities :
- To advise customers on Chats/Video Calls with regard to the product ranges; best skin care products for their skin type, skincare regime, cosmetics to suit their skin tone, make-up tips, etc.
- To proactively stay updated on new or existing products and build a strong knowledge base on the details such as ingredients, benefits so as to customize the advice and better serve the customers.
- To recommend beauty products to customers as per the suitability
Qualifications :
- 10+2 and certification/courses are beauty, make-up and hair/skincare
Prior Experience :
1-2 yrs of experience in a similar role
Competencies :
- Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- Ability to work in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail
- Passion for beauty
