Executive - Customer Service - Consumer Durables (3-13 yrs)
- Will be responsible for service delivery as per company guidelines in the given territory. Will be handling 4-5 Service partners in the territory.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in the given territory.
- Will be responsible for managing service partners and deliver the desired results through them in service delivery & service business.
- Motivating Field Technicians and grooming them to provide technical solutions to customers.
- Sharing Technical feedback's to factory on product performance.
- Service Network expansion in the market as per potential and gaps including network corrections.
- The scope of becoming business manager through effective business management.
- Regularly visit trade partners, provide prompt service support and maintain a good brand image in the market.
