Executive - Customer Service - BPO (1-3 yrs)
- Any Grad/ Under Graduate with Excellent communication Skills
- Experience- Min 6 months of BPO- chat/voice (International), Customer Service experience is also applicable
- Take action on inbound calls from existing and prospective customers regarding our products and services.
- Answer general inquiries and assist in resolving issues and complaints
- To consistently meet or exceed all agreed Productivity parameters as defined for the process
