1. US/UK Voice process (Inbound & Outbound Process)(100 % FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED)

2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues

3. Reply to customers and address their concerns

4. Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues

5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

- 100 % Fluency in English is required .

- Should be a graduate .

- Any HSC passed or SCC passed should have atleast 1 year BPO experience .

- Should be Team Oriented .

- Should Highly motivated and eager to learn new things

- Should have the Ability to produce best result in pressure situation

- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal both are required

- Should be a Quick learner
