Executive - Customer Service - BPO (0-4 yrs)
Currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join BPO as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the outsourcing/offshoring industry and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Graduation or above
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Salary: Upto 21k
Note: Work from Office, Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Off
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat sessions from clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Freshers are also eligible to apply.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outsourcing/offshoring environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
