We are hiring for the roles of customer care executives, BPO, Telecallers, Call Center Executives for both domestic and International BPO for many of our esteemed clients based out of Delhi. Please find below a brief overview about the roles and responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities : 

- Candidate should possess EXCELLENT oral and written English communication skills as a customer care executive.

- Candidate should have 0 months to 6 months of experience in Customer Support Process(Domestic).Freshers can also apply.

- Prior experience in Customer service industry will be an added advantage.

- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction

- Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred in a customer care executive.
