Executive - Customer Service - BPO (0-1 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle outbound calls of customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions; escalate complex issues to senior staff as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence to schedules.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Freshers preferred. (Max Age - 28 years)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
